核电用快速接头的改良设计及强度分析

摘要 核电设备管路中需要经常分离的器件或工具多使用快速接头连接。操作过程中,为了防止管路断开后接头内部的残留压力甩击伤人,要求核电用快速接头在断开连接时能够实现先泄压再断开。现有核电用快速接头主要依靠进口采购,国产快速接头结构难以满足核电用快速接头的特殊要求。基于设计要求,本文设计了一种具有两级锁紧结构和断开卡接结构的新型核电用快速接头,可实现其在安全连接、安全泄压和安全断开3种状态间的快速切断,同时,对内套上的缓释孔结构采用变直径设计,降低了管道介质在泄压过程中产生的噪音和冲击振动。设计的核电用快速接头能够有效防止管路断开后接头内部的残留压力甩击伤人,进一步提高了快速接头在使用过程中的安全性能,并建立了核电用快速接头力学模型,基于有限元分析软件ANSYS-Workbench,进行了核电用快速接头在地震工况下的强度分析,结果表明了新型核电用快速接头的强度满足设计要求,验证了设计的可靠性和合理性。 The devices or tools that need to be separated frequently in the pipeline of nuclear power equipments are mostly connected with quick couplings.During the operation,in order to prevent the residual pressure inside the joint from hurting people after the pipeline is disconnected,it is required that the quick coupling for nuclear power can first relieve the pressure and then disconnect when disconnecting.The existing quick couplings for nuclear power mainly rely on imported purchases,and the structure of domestic quick couplings is difficult to meet the special requirements of nuclear power quick couplings.Based on the design requirements,a new type of quick coupling for nuclear power with two-stage locking structure and disconnection snap structure is designed,which can realize the quick cutting between the three states of safe connection,safe pressure relief and safe disconnection.At the same time,the slow-release hole structure on the inner sleeve adopts a variable diameter design,which reduces the noise and shock vibration generated by the pipeline medium during the pressure relief process.The designed quick coupling for nuclear power can effectively prevent the residual pressure inside the joint from hurting people after the pipeline is disconnected,further improve the safety performance of the quick coupling during use.,and establish the mechanical model of the quick coupling for nuclear power.Based on the finite element analysis software ANSYS-Workbench,the strength analysis of the quick connector for nuclear power under earthquake conditions is carried out.The result shows that the strength of the new quick coupling for nuclear power meets the design requirements and verifies the design reliability and rationality.
