摘要
在新一代科技革命与产业变革推动下,国有汽车企业在产品、研发、生产、营销、服务等各领域数字化转型均取得积极进展,但面临百年一遇的行业巨大变革,仍存在顶层设计不科学、体制机制不灵活、核心技术有短板、民族品牌竞争力不足、产业生态不健全等突出问题。本文在系统分析国有汽车企业数字化转型发展现状及问题的基础上,结合对标研究与行业调研,构建了国有汽车企业数字化转型体系架构,并从加强顶层规划、夯实转型基础、深化产业融合、加快国企改革等多个方面,为进一步推进国有汽车企业数字化转型提供了参考意见。
Driven by the new generation of technological revolution and industrial transformation,state-owned auto companies have made positive progress in the digital transformation of products,R&D,production,marketing,and services,but facing the once-in-a-century huge industry change,there are still outstanding problems such as unscientific top-level design,inflexible system and mechanism,shortcomings in core technology,insufficient national brand competitiveness,and unsound industrial ecology.Based on the systematic analysis of the status quo and problems of the digital transformation of state-owned automobile enterprises,combined with benchmarking research and industry research,this paper constructs the digital transformation system architecture of state-owned automobile enterprises,and provides reference advice for further promoting the digital transformation of stateowned automobile enterprises from many aspects,such as strengthening top-level planning,consolidating the foundation for transformation,deepening industrial integration,and accelerating the reform of state-owned enterprises.
