摘要
核电具有经济环保、可持续等特点。核电用快速接头要求在设计基准地震下能够安全稳定运行。本文以某DN25型号的快速接头为例,建立了快速接头模型,对其进行典型工况分析,采用有限元软件Workbench对其进行模态分析及抗震分析,按照RCC-M规范中相关规定对其进行分析和评价,以验证该设备在地震中和地震后能够保证结构完整性及可运行性。结果表明,此型号快速接头能够满足抗震要求,且弹簧是影响快速接头抗震性能的关键部位。经过抗震试验验证,该型号快速接头满足抗震要求,研究对核电用快速接头的抗震分析具有一定的工程意义。
Nuclear power is economic,environmental and sustainable.Nuclear power quick couplings are required to operate safely and stably under the design basis earthquake.Taking a DN25 quick coupling as an example,this paper establishes the quick coupling model,analyzes its typical working conditions,uses the finite element software Workbench to carry out modal analysis and seismic analysis,and conservatively analyzes and evaluates it in accordance with the relevant provisions of RCC-M code,so as to verify that the equipment can ensure the structural integrity and operability during and after the earthquake.The results show that this type of quick coupling can meet the seismic requirements,and the spring is the key part affecting the seismic performance of the quick coupling.The seismic test shows that this type of quick coupling meets the seismic requirements.This study has certain engineering significance for the seismic analysis of quick coupling for nuclear power.
