校友信息系统从“自查自用”到“共建共享”的设计与实践

Design and Practice of Alumni Information System from"SelfSeek and Self-Use"to"Co-Construction and Sharing"

在网络信息时代发展背景下,各高校校友会普遍建立了校友信息系统,大大提升了校友工作的效率和质量。随着工作的深入推进,对系统的共建共享和安全防范提出了新的需求。本文结合华东理工大学校友会近8年校友信息工作的具体实践,探索校友信息系统从“自查自用”到“共建共享”的转变途径,尝试提出高校校友工作转型的策略,并提出合理化建议。

Under the background of the development of network information age,alumni associations of colleges and universities have generally established alumni information system,which greatly improves the efficiency and quality of alumni work.With the deepening of the work,new requirements are put forward for the coconstruction,sharing and security of the system.Combined with the specific practice of alumni information work of Alumni Association of Eastchina University of Science and Technology in recent 8 years,this paper explores the transformation way of alumni information system from"self-seek and self-use"to"co-construction and sharing",tries to put forward the transformation strategy of college alumni work,and puts forward reasonable suggestions.
