螺旋列板涡激振动抑制效率试验研究和分析 被引量:2

Experimental Study on Suppression Efficiency of Vortex Induced Vibration for Spiral Plate

摘要 在海流冲击下,水下海管和立管会产生涡激振动并导致管道疲劳,需要在管道上绑扎螺旋列板加以抑制。针对中海油某项目使用的螺旋列板,开发了试验方法和搭建试验模型,进行了高雷诺数下螺旋列板抑制效率和螺旋列板20%长度破损情况下抑制效率的试验。试验结果表明,螺旋列板整体涡激振动抑制效率达95%,拖曳力受螺旋列板的影响较小,且在螺旋列板20%长度破损的情况下,涡激振动抑制效率仍可达95%。 Under the impact of ocean currents,subsea spanning pipelines and risers will undergo significant vortex-induced vibration(VIV),and severe fatigue damage will be resulted in.Now helical strakes are widely applied to suppress VIV.In order to test the suppression efficiency,experimental methods together with test models are developed.The experimental results show that the suppression efficiency is over 95%,even in the case that 20%of helical strakes in length is damaged,the suppression efficiency can still be over 95%.
