In this paper,the project site selection,products and production scale,overall layout,main sub-item and other key contents of the planning and construction of the main equipment manufacturing base of million kilowatts nuclear power plant we briefly described.The detailed process scheme is carried out for the main sub items including nuclear capacitor plant,complete equipment plant,containment and equipment module plant and heavy cargo wharf.
