摘要
本工程板模板支架搭设分为1500 mm厚密肋空心板、800 mm厚密肋空心板和其他楼层顶板3部分。通过对板模板的合理设计,对模板支架的模板、次楞、主楞、立杆和高宽比进行验算,采用MIDAS/Civil有限元分析软件进行受力分析。根据验算结果表明,现浇支架满足使用要求。
The board formwork bracket of this engineering is divided into three parts:1500mm thick multi-ribbed hollow plate,800mm thick multi-ribbed hollow plate and other floor roof.Through the reasonable design of the plate template,the template,secondary corrugated,main corrugated,vertical rod and height to width ratio of the template support are checked.Midas Civil finite element analysis software was used for force analysis.According to the result of calculation,the cast-in-place support meets the requirements of use.
