对离心压缩机结构进行研究,明确制造期间质量控制要点,并分析构件综合检验、承压部件试验、热处理检查、无损探伤检查等设备制造试验、质量控制的具体操作方法,以保证设备制造科学,并始终保持良好运行状态参与到化工生产作业中。

In this paper,the structure of centrifugal compressor is studied,the key points of quality control during manufacturing are defined,and the specific operation methods of equipment manufacturing test and quality control are analyzed,such as comprehensive inspection of components,test of pressure-bearing parts,heat treatment inspection,nondestructive testing inspection,etc.,so as to ensure that the equipment manufacturing is scientific and always keep a good running state to participate in chemical production.
