This paper introduces the budget review methods including comprehensive review method,key review method,analysis and comparison review method,and researches the key work in the budget review from four aspects as the correctness of the preparation basis,the integrity of the preparation documents,the accuracy of other costs of project construction and the rationality of unit project,and puts forward the main ways to improve the review quality of design budget,as to change the designer’ideas,pay attention to the coordination and communication with the design,and establish the cost index database.
