摘要
加强医院精细化运营绩效管理是全面贯彻落实公立医院高质量发展要求的有益探索。实施业财融合管理模式,可推动公立医院从粗放式规模增收向内涵质量效益型高质量发展转变。首都医科大学附属北京胸科医院通过全面梳理医院经济业务,发现临床试验经费管理与业务融合度较低、效率亟待提高且缺乏风险控制措施;医院以问题为导向,从业财融合角度,通过修订制度、优化流程、加强信息化管理等举措,探索临床试验经费管理新模式,取得一定成效。
Strengthening the hospital’s refined operation performance management is a beneficial exploration to fully implement the high-quality development requirements of public hospitals.The implementation of the business-finance integration management model can promote the transformation of public hospitals from extensive scale revenue increase to high-quality development with connotative quality and efficiency.Beijing Chest Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University has comprehensively sorted out the hospital’s economic business and found that clinical trial funding management and business integration are low,efficiency needs to be improved urgently,and risk control measures are lacking;,optimize the process,strengthen information management and other measures,explore new models of clinical trial funding management,and achieve certain results.
