唐山市18~69岁社区居民电子健康素养对传染病健康素养的影响

The impact of electronic health literacy of community residents aged 18-69 years on the infectious disease-specific health literacy in Tangshan city

目的调查社区居民电子健康素养对传染病健康素养的影响。方法2021年3—6月采用多阶段分层随机抽样的方法对唐山市3664名18~69岁的社区居民进行问卷调查。结果唐山市社区居民电子健康素养得分为(27.61±5.72)分,传染病健康素养得分为(23.58±6.77)分;不同电子健康素养水平的全部研究对象及各年龄组的社区居民传染病健康素养得分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05);年龄和电子健康素养对传染病健康素养的交互作用差异有统计学意义(F=6.440,P<0.05);电子健康素养分别能解释全部研究对象、18~<35、35~<60、60~69岁的社区居民传染病健康素养总体变异的9.70%、9.90%、8.10%、6.10%。结论社区居民电子健康素养影响传染病健康素养,对18~<35、35~<60岁的居民作用较大,对60~69岁的居民作用较小,应重视电子健康素养对传染病健康素养的正向影响,以促进居民两种素养水平提高。

Objective To discuss the impact of electronic health literacy(eHL)of community residents on infectious disease-specific health literacy(IDSHL)in Tangshan city.Methods A multistage stratified sampling method was used to randomly select 3664 community residents aged 18-69 years in Tangshan city from March to June 2021 to participate in a questionnaire survey.Results The overall scores of eHL and IDSHL among community residents in Tangshan city were(27.61±5.72)and(23.58±6.77).There were significant differences in the scores of IDSHL among subjects with various levels of eHL and participants in different age groups(P<0.05).The interaction between eHL and IDSHL varied significantly among subjects in different age group(F=6.440,P<0.05).A stratified multifactor analysis showed that eHL was positively related to IDSHL and might explain 9.70%,9.90%,8.10%and 6.10%of the overall variation of IDSHL among all subjects and subjects of age 18-<35,35-<60 and 60-69 years old,respectively.Conclusions The eHL of community residents significantly affects their IDSHL,especially those aged 18-<35 and 35-<60 years.Therefore,we should address the positive effect of eHL on IDSHL in order to improve both literacy levels of community residents.
