疏肝解郁逐瘀汤联合枸橼酸氯米芬胶囊对肝郁气滞型多囊卵巢综合征不孕症患者卵巢微循环及miR-26b、miR-206表达的影响

Effects of Shugan Jieyu Zhuyu decoction combined with clomiphene citrate capsules on ovarian microcirculation and the expression of miR-26b and miR-206 in infertility patients with polycystic ovary syndrome of liver stagnation and Qi stagnation type

目的 探讨疏肝解郁逐瘀汤联合枸橼酸氯米芬胶囊对肝郁气滞型多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)不孕症患者卵巢微循环及miR-26b、miR-206表达的影响。方法 将82例肝郁气滞型PCOS不孕症患者根据随机数字表法分为对照组(常规治疗加枸橼酸氯米芬胶囊)与观察组(在对照组基础上加疏肝解郁逐瘀汤),各41例。比较两组的治疗效果。结果 观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组左、右两侧卵巢动脉的搏动指数(PI)、阻力指数(RI)及miR-206相对表达水平均高于对照组,miR-26b相对表达水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 疏肝解郁逐瘀汤联合枸橼酸氯米芬胶囊治疗肝郁气滞型PCOS不孕症患者的效果满意,可改善卵巢微循环,也能调节miR-26b、miR-206表达。

Objective To explore the effects of Shugan Jieyu Zhuyu decoction combined with clomiphene citrate capsules on ovarian microcirculation and the expression of miR-26b and miR-206 in infertility patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)of liver stagnation and Qi stagnation type.Methods A total of 82 patients with PCOS infertility of liver stagnation and Qi stagnation type were divided into control group(routine treatment and clomiphene citrate capsules)and observation group(Shugan Jieyu Zhuyu decoction on the basis of the control group)according to the random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the pulsatility index(PI)and resistance index(RI)of left and right ovarian arteries,the relative expression level of miR-206 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the relative expression level of miR-26b was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The Shugan Jieyu Zhuyu decoction combined with clomiphene citrate capsules in the treatment of PCOS infertility patients with liver stagnation and Qi stagnation type has satisfactory effect,it can improve ovarian microcirculation and regulate the expression of miR-26b and miR-206.
