人绝经促性腺激素、绒毛膜促性腺激素联合枸橼酸氯米芬片治疗内分泌失调性不孕症的临床效果

Clinical effect of human menopausal gonadotropin,chorionic gonadotropin combined with clomiphene citrate tablets in the treatment of endocrine dysregulation infertility

目的 探究人绝经促性腺激素、绒毛膜促性腺激素联合枸橼酸氯米芬片治疗内分泌失调性不孕症的临床效果。方法 选取本院2018年1月至2020年5月收治的100例内分泌失调性不孕症患者作为研究对象,按照单双号随机化法将其分为试验组(n=50,人绝经促性腺激素、绒毛膜促性腺激素联合枸橼酸氯米芬片治疗)和对照组(n=50,枸橼酸氯米芬片治疗)。比较两组的临床效果。结果 试验组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的促黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E_(2))、孕酮(P)水平均高于治疗前,泌乳素(PRL)水平及促黄体生成素/促卵泡激素(LH/FSH)均低于治疗前,且试验组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的子宫内膜厚度均大于治疗前,且试验组大于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组的月经复潮时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组的身体负担、情感负担、经济负担评分均低于治疗前,且试验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 人绝经促性腺激素、绒毛膜促性腺激素联合枸橼酸氯米芬片应用于内分泌失调性不孕症患者的治疗中效果显著,能够有效改善性激素水平,缩短月经复潮时间,减轻疾病自我感受负担,且不会增加患者的不良反应发生率。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of human menopausal gonadotropin,chorionic gonadotropin combined with clomiphene citrate tablets in the treatment of endocrine dysregulation infertility.Methods A total of 100 patients with endocrine dysfunctional infertility admitted from January 2018 to May 2020 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into experimental group(n=50,human menopausal gonadotropin,chorionic gonadotropin combined with clomiphene citrate tablets treatment)and control group(n=50,clomiphene citrate tablets treatment)according to the odd-even randomization method.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of luteinizing hormone(LH),estradiol(E_(2))and progesterone(P)were higher than those before treatment,the level of prolactin(PRL)and luteinizing hormone/follicle-stimulating hormone(LH/FSH)in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the experimental group were better than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the endometrial thickness of the two groups was greater than that before treatment,and that of the experimental group was greater than the control group(P<0.05).The menstrual rehydration time of the experimental group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of physical burden,emotional burden and economic burden of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those of the experimental group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Human menopausal gonadotropin,chorionic gonadotropin combined with clomiphene citrate tablets in the treatment of patients with endocrine dysfunctional infertility has a significant effect,which can effectively improve the levels of sex hormones,shorten the time of menstrual rehydration,reduce the burden of disease self perception,and will not increase the incidence of adverse reactions in patients.
