人文关怀护理对手足口病患儿依从性和护理质量的影响

Effects of humanistic care nursing on compliance and nursing quality of children with hand-foot-mouth disease

目的 研究人文关怀护理对手足口病患儿依从性和护理质量的影响。方法 选取2019年9月至2020年9月榆林市第二医院收治的66例手足口病患儿为研究对象,以随机抽签法将其分为对照组和观察组,各33例。对照组行常规护理,观察组行人文关怀护理。比较两组的护理效果。结果 观察组的发热、疱疹、咽峡红肿消退时间及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的用药、行为、运动、饮食依从率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的护理质量各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组家属的护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 人文关怀护理在手足口病中的应用效果显著,可提高患儿的依从性,促进症状消退,提升护理质量和家属护理满意度,值得临床应用。

Objective To study the effects of humanistic care nursing on compliance and nursing quality of children with hand-foot-mouth disease.Methods A total of 66 children with hand-foot-mouth disease admitted in the Yulin No.2 Hospital from September 2019 to September 2020 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group by random lottery method,with 33 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received humanistic care nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The regression time of fever,herpes,isthmus redness and swelling and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The medication,behavior,exercise and diet compliance rates of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing quality scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of family members in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The humanistic care nursing applied in hand-foot-mouth disease has significant application effect,it can improve the compliance of children,promote the resolution of symptoms,improve the quality of nursing and the nursing satisfaction of family members,which is worthy of clinical application.
