分层护理对妇科恶性肿瘤患者负性情绪的影响

Effect of stratified nursing on negative emotions of patients with gynecological malignant tumor

目的 探讨分层护理在妇科恶性肿瘤患者中的应用效果及对抑郁自评量表(SDS)与焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分的影响。方法 将本院2019年5月至2021年5月妇科收治的58例恶性肿瘤患者以随机数字表法分为对照组(n=29,常规护理)和观察组(n=29,分层护理)。比较两组的护理效果。结果 护理后,两组的SDS、SAS及Piper疲乏修订量表(RPFS)评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组的生活质量测定量表(QLQ-C30)各项评分均优于护理前,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 分层护理在妇科恶性肿瘤患者中的应用效果显著,可有效降低SDS与SAS评分,改善患者的负性情绪,缓解癌因性疲乏情况,提高护理满意度。

Objective To explore the application effect of stratified nursing in patients with gynecological malignant tumor and its influences on the scores of Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS).Methods A total of 58 patients with malignant tumors treated in the gynecology department of our hospital from May 2019 to May 2021 were divided into control group(n=29,routine nursing)and observation group(n=29,stratified nursing)according to random number table method.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the scores of SDS,SAS and the Revised Piper Fatigue Scale(RPFS)in the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of the quality of life measurement scale(QLQ-C30)in the two groups were better than those before nursing,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Stratified nursing on gynecological malignant tumor patients has a significant effect,which can effectively reduce SDS and SAS scores,improve patients'negative emotions,alleviate cancer-related fatigue,and improve nursing satisfaction.
