摘要
使用共词分析和社会网络分析法,基于1992-2021年文献探讨卫生人力资源研究的现状、热点与展望。结果显示,卫生人力资源研究经历了起步期、快速发展和研究稳定期三个阶段;研究热点聚焦于卫生人力资源现状、卫生人力资源配置及公平性、基层卫生人力资源配置、卫生人力资源配置应对举措、卫生人力资源管理与预测等5个领域;研究内容趋势逐步由宏观、中观向微观医疗机构人力资源领域深入;未来应建立宏观、中观和微观卫生人力资源研究体系,在宏观层面卫生人力资源供需机制、中观层面基层机构与公共卫生人力资源开发、微观层面医疗机构人力资源管理体系和能力建设等研究实现突破,为政府及其相关管理部门有效决策提供依据。
Using co-word analysis and social network analysis,based on the literature from 1992 to 2021,the current status,hotspots and prospects of health human resources research were discussed.The results show that the research on health human resources has gone through three stages:initial stage,rapid development and research stability period;research hotspots focus on the status quo of health human resources,the allocation and equity of health human resources,the allocation of health human resources at the grassroots level,and the countermeasures for the allocation of health human resources.,health human resources management and forecasting,etc.;the trend of research content is gradually deepening from macro,meso to micro human resources in medical institutions;in the future,a macro,meso and micro health human resources research system should be established,and health human resources at the macro level should be established.Breakthroughs have been achieved in research on resource supply and demand mechanism,grassroots institutions and public health human resource development at the meso-level,and human resource management system and capacity building in medical institutions at the micro-level,providing a basis for effective decision-making by the government and its relevant management departments.
