结合“国考”背景,分析了远程医疗在此背景下的发展优势。介绍了新疆医科大学第一附属医院以“国考”为契机,通过构建整合型远程医疗应用体系、“四位一体”远程医疗诊断体系、“1+6+N”医联体协作体系并启动多学科协作“线上互动”的远程MDT模式,深化远程医疗与现代医学的融合应用,促进医院高质量发展。同时,以此为切入点,从数据平台建设层面、应用体系完善层面、运行机制协同层面思考远程医疗如何提升共享性、协作性、增效性和普惠性,进一步推进远程医疗在公立医院高质量协同发展中持续发挥效能。

Combined with the background of"national examination",this paper analyzes the development advantages of telemedicine under this background.And introduces that the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University takes the"national examination"as an opportunity to deepen the integration and application of telemedicine and modern medicine,and promotes the high-quality development of the hospital by building an integrated telemedicine application system,building a"four in one"telemedicine diagnosis system,building a"1+6+n"medical federation cooperation system,and starting a multi-disciplinary collaboration"online interaction"remote MDT mode;At the same time,from the aspects of data platform construction,application system improvement and operation mechanism coordination,thinks about how to improve the sharing,collaboration,efficiency and inclusiveness of telemedicine,further give play to the efficiency of telemedicine in the high-quality development of public hospitals.
