针灸联合康复治疗对脑卒中后运动性失语症患者语言功能的作用研究

Study on the Effect of Acupuncture Combined with Rehabilitation on Speech Function of Patients with Motor Aphasia after Stroke

目的:评价针灸联合康复治疗对脑卒中后运动性失语症患者语言功能的作用。方法:选取福建中医药大学附属康复医院2019年1月至2022年1月期间就诊的60例脑卒中后运动性失语患者,以电脑随机分配法分为对照组与观察组,各30例。对照组患者单纯予以康复治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上联合针灸治疗,比较观察两组患者的语言功能、神经功能、日常生活能力和治疗效果。结果:治疗后观察组患者各项语言功能评分显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组患者美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分低于对照组,Barthel指数评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的失语症改善率显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗总满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床针对脑卒中后运动性失语症患者实施针灸联合康复治疗不仅有利于其语言功能的恢复和生活自理能力的提升,还能有效减轻脑神经功能损害所带来的影响。

Objective To evaluate the effect of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation therapy on speech function in patients with post-stroke motor aphasia.Methods A total of 60 patients with motor aphasia after stroke treated in the Rehabilitation Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to January 2022 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group by computer random allocation method,with 30 patients in each group.Patients in the control group were given rehabilitation therapy alone,and patients in the observation group were treated with acupuncture treatment on the basis of the control group.The speech function,neurological function,daily living ability and therapeutic effect of the two groups were compared and observed.Results After treatment,the scores of speech function in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).After treatment,the score of National Institutes of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the score of the Barthel index was higher than that in the control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).The improvement rate of aphasia in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinlcal therapy of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation for post-stroke motor aphasia patients,is not only conducive to the recovery of speech function and the improvement of self-care ability,but also can effectively reduce the impact of brain nerve function damage.
