无排卵性不孕症患者予以复方促排卵汤联合克罗米芬的治疗效果

Therapeutic Effect of Compound Ovulation Promoting Decoction Combined with Clomiphene in Patients with Anovulatory Infertility

目的:分析无排卵性不孕症患者予以复方促排卵汤联合克罗米芬治疗对于提高妊娠率的疗效。方法:选择云浮市中医院2018年6月至2019年6月期间收治的100例无排卵性不孕症患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各50例。对照组患者采取克罗米芬治疗,观察组患者采取复方促排卵汤联合克罗米芬进行治疗,比较两组患者的排卵情况、临床指标、生活质量以及临床疗效。结果:经治疗,观察组患者的周期排卵率、妊娠率分别为78.18%,60.00%,均高于对照组的60.98%,30.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组患者的子宫内膜厚度以及卵泡直径均大于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组患者各项生活质量评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗总有效率为94.00%,高于对照组的70.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对无排卵性不孕症患者采取复方促排卵汤联合克罗米芬能够有效的缩短患者的排卵周期,进一步提高患者的妊娠率。

Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of compound ovulation promoting decoction combined with clomiphene on improving pregnancy rate in patients with anovulatory infertility.Methods A total of 100 patients with anovulatory infertility admitted to Yunfu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected and divided into an observation group and a control group according to random number table method,with 50 patients in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with clomiphene,and patients in the observation group were treated with compound ovulation promoting decoction combined with clomiphene.The ovulation situation,clinical indicators,quality of life and clinical efficacy of patients in the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the rate of cyclic ovulation and pregnancy of the observation group were 78.18% and 60.00%,which were respectively higher than 60.98% and 30.00% of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the endometrial thickness and follicular diameter in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.00%,which was higher than 70.00% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compound ovulation promoting decoction combined with clomiphene applied in patients with anovulatory infertility can effectively shorten the ovulation cycle of patients and further improve the pregnancy rate of patients.
