渗透性缓泻药物早期干预对老年股骨转子间骨折患者排便功能的影响

Effect of Early Intervention of Osmotic Laxative Drugs on Defecation Function in Elderly Patients with Intertrochanteric Fractures

目的:探讨渗透性缓泻药物早期干预大便管理对卧床的老年股骨转子间骨折患者排便功能的影响。方法:选取南通市第四人民医院2016年1月至2020年12月收治的86例股骨转子间骨折老年患者,在入院时随机抽签选入对照组及观察组,每组43例。对照组入院后按常规排便管理,观察组在常规排便管理的同时,入院后即口服渗透性缓泻药物早期干预排便,比较两组患者排便情况。结果:观察组入院后首次排便时间早于对照组,首次排便消耗时间短于对照组,入院后首周内排便次数多于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组首次大便的性状更合理于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(Z=-6.126,P<0.05)。结论:渗透性缓泻药物的应用能够有效预防便秘的发生,早期预防性口服渗透性缓泻药物能更好对排便功能进行管理。

Objective To investigate the effect of osmotic laxative drugs early intervention in stool management on defecation function in bedridden elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture.Methods A total of 86 elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures admitted to Nantong Fourth People's Hospital from January 2016 to December 2020 were selected and randomly selected into a control group and an observation group at admission,with 43 patients in each group.The control group received routine defecation management after admission,while the observation group received routine defecation management and oral osmotic laxative drug early intervention for defecation after admission.The defecation situation of patients in the two groups was compared.Results The time of first defecation in the observation group was earlier than that in the control group,the time of first defecation consumption was shorter than that in the control group,and the number of defecation times in the first week after admission was more than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The character of the first stool in the observation group was more reasonable than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(Z=-6.126,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of osmotic laxative drugs can effectively prevent the occurrence of constipation,and early preventive oral osmotic laxative drugs can better manage defecation function.
