中国共产党精神谱系视域下的红医精神,萌芽于党成立之初,形成于苏区时期,与伟大建党精神一脉相承。在火热的苏区斗争中,党领导苏区人民,特别是医务工作者,精心培育了以政治坚定、忠诚执着,生命至上、救死扶伤,艰苦奋斗、无私奉献,技术优良、敢于创新为鲜明特质的红医精神。它全面展示了医务工作者坚定的政治信仰、基本的价值准则、优良的职业品德与顽强的创新意识。奋进新时代,红医精神为健康中国战略目标的实施提供了精神动力;为国家培养促进人类医疗卫生健康事业发展的医学人才提供了精神营养。

The spirit of red medical workers,seen from the perspective of the CPC’s spiritual pedigree,was gestated in the early days after the founding of the CPC,and was formed in the soviet area period.It came down in a continuous line with the great founding spirit of the Party.During the hot struggle in the soviet areas,the Party led the people,especially the medical workers,in the soviet areas to cultivate the spirit of red medical workers,which was characterized by being politically reliable,loyal and persistent;putting life first,healing the wounded and rescue the dying;hard struggle and selfless dedication;being skilled and daring to innovate.It exhibited the firm political belief,fundamental value criteria,good professional ethics,and indomitable sense of innovation of the medical workers in an all-around way.To march forward in the new era,the spirit of red medical workers provides a spiritual power for implementing the strategic goal of healthy China,and provides spiritual nutrition for the country to cultivate medical talents dedicated to the cause of medical care and health of mankind.
