党领导下的政法干部教育培训始于中央苏区。因应局部执政背景下的苏区治理需求,构成了中央苏区政法干部教育培训的目标之维和内生动力。围绕主体与方式、对象与内容以及具体组织所进行的探索,展开了中央苏区政法干部教育培训的生动图景。中央苏区政法干部教育培训开启了党领导下政法队伍建设的经验积累,这一阶段所形成的若干教育理念、原则与传统,在此后的新民主主义革命和社会主义建设阶段得到了检验与传承,其中所蕴含的红色基因对于全面推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化背景下的政法队伍建设具有启发意义。

The education and training of political-legal cadres under the Party’s leadership originated from the Central Soviet Area.The need of soviet area governance under the background of partial rule formed the goal and intrinsic dynamics of the education and training of political-legal cadres in the Central Soviet Area.The explorations in the subject and method,object and content and specific organizations unfolded a vivid picture of the education and training of political-legal cadres in the Central Soviet Area,which started the experience accumulation of building the political-legal team under the Party’s leadership.The education ideas,principles and tradition formed in this stage were tested and passed on in the subsequent stages of the new democratic revolution and socialist construction,and the underlying red gene still has an enlightening significance for building the team of political-legal cadres under the background of promoting the modernization of state governance system and governance capacity in all respects.
