调查研究是马克思主义者认识世界、改造世界的重要方法,是中国共产党人的基本思想方法和工作方法,是中国共产党的优良传统和重要工作制度,也是各级领导干部做好领导工作的一项基本功。调查研究,是对客观实际情况的调查了解和分析研究,目的是把事情的真相和全貌调查清楚,把问题的本质和规律把握准确,把解决问题的思路和对策研究透彻。新时代领导干部调查研究方法主要有:实地观察法、问卷调查法、抽样调查法、访谈调查法、会议调查法、文献调查法、统计调查法、典型调查法等。
