摘要
将一艘载重量57000 DWT散货船改装为用于驳运铝矾土的54000 DWT甲板自卸船,服务于几内亚卡姆萨尔港口及其附近锚地。该项目改装内容复杂,如更换甲板吊、安装一套自卸系统、增加船上的操作人员等,改装后的甲板面挤满了设备。改装工作主要是确认规则规范的适用性,协调新设备与原船的干涉问题,梳理改装对船舶带来的影响。通过采用一些创新性、非常规设计方法,解决由改装引起的诸多技术难题,如船舶的甲板布置、结构强度、住舱、救生、视线、电站配置等。介绍的改装措施和经验可供类似改装项目借鉴、应用。
The project is to covert a 57000 DWT bulk carrier into a 54000 DWT deck self-unloading vessel for transferring the bauxite in the service of the port of Kamsar in Guinea and its nearby anchorage.The complex conversion involved replacing deck cranes,installing a self-unloading system,adding onboard operators,making the main deck crowded with equipment.The main work of conversion was to confirm applicability of the regulations and rules,coordinate the interference between new equipment and original vessel,and sort out the influence of conversion on the vessel.By adopting some innovation and unconventional designs,the technical difficulties were resolved,such as deck arrangement,structural strength,cabin arrangement,life-saving equipment,visibility,electrical plants allocation and etc.The conversion measures and experience introduced could be used for reference and application in similar conversion projects.
