摘要
Kawasaki电驱动可调螺距侧推装置主要由主马达、联轴器、侧推本体、液压单元、控制单元、翼桥、控制台等组成,具有性能优良、操作方便的特点,广泛应用于海洋工程和运输船舶领域。侧推装置的结构安装、系统调试过程相对复杂,通过阐述该侧推装置的总体配置、主体结构、工作原理,为同类装置在船舶设计建造过程中的选型、安装、调试、操作等提供参考。
The electrically driven type controllable pitch side thruster of Kawasaki mainly consists of the main motor,coupling,sideslip body,hydraulic unit,control unit,wing bridge,console desk and other components.It has been widely used in the field of offshore engineering and merchant ships because of the excellent performance and convenient operation.The structural installation and system commissioning process of the side thruster is relatively complex.By expounding the overall configuration,main structure and working principle of the side thruster,the reference is provided for the selection,installation,commissioning and operation of the similar devices in the process of ship design and construction.
