石墨聚苯乙烯保温板与传统聚苯板燃烧性能对比分析 被引量:1

摘要 保温材料的火灾燃烧特性直接关系到其能否应用于建筑市场,为探究石墨聚苯乙烯保温板(SEPS)的燃烧特性和火灾危险性,采用锥形量热仪对石墨聚苯乙烯保温板与传统聚苯乙烯保温板(EPS)的燃烧特性参数及火灾性能参数进行了比较和分析。结果表明:SEPS的点燃时间为349 s,明显滞后于EPS;SEPS的平均热释放速率和平均质量损失速率分别为21.18 kW/m~2和0.007 4 g/s,约为EPS的3/5;其生烟速率、总生烟量均低于EPS,通过各项指标的对比发现,SEPS材料的燃烧性能和火灾危险性明显优于EPS。 To investigate the combustion characteristics and fire hazard of graphite polystyrene insulation board(SEPS),the combustion characteristics parameters and fire performance parameters of graphite polystyrene insulation board and traditional polystyrene insulation board(EPS)were compared and analyzed using cone calorimeter.The results showed that:the ignition time of SEPS was 349 s,which was obviously lagging behind EPS;the average heat release rate and average mass loss rate of SEPS were 21.18 k W/m2and 0.007 4 g/s,which were about 3/5 of EPS;its smoke generation rate and total smoke generation were lower than EPS,and the comparison of the indicators showed that the combustion performance and fire hazard of SEPS material was significantly better than EPS.
