民航客舱人员疏散优化设计研究

摘要 基于民航客舱事故后人员疏散效率的重要性,对A320客机不同事故场景下的人员疏散过程采用定量的数值模拟,分析不同因素对人员疏散效率的影响并提出了优化方案。结果表明:调整紧急逃生门位置能节省近51%的疏散时间,过道宽度为0.7 m时较为合理,能节省7 s疏散时间。给出了紧急逃生门位置调整及过道宽度改进的具体方案,以期为飞机事故发生后人员疏散提供思路,也从人员疏散的角度为飞机结构参数优化设计给出了建议。 Based on the importance of personnel evacuation efficiency after a civil aviation cabin accident,quantitative numerical simulations were used to analyze the influence of different factors on the evacuation efficiency of the A320 passenger aircraft under different accident scenarios and put forward an optimization plan. The results showed that adjusting the position of the emergency escape door can save nearly 51% of the evacuation time,and the aisle width of 0.7 m was more reasonable and can save 7 s evacuation time. The specific solutions of emergency escape door position adjustment and aisle width improvement were given to provide ideas for personnel evacuation after an aircraft accident,and also gave suggestions for the optimization of aircraft structural parameters from the perspective of personnel evacuation.
