摘要
为了对化工企业安全系统进行更深层次的研究,利用系统科学中整体涌现性相关理论,对化工企业安全系统的整体涌现性进行度量,用以直观显示系统运行状况以及安全性能。首先对系统整体涌现性、指标等相关理论进行研究整理。然后结合涌现理论与化工企业的实际情况,阐述化工企业安全系统整体涌现性的来源、产生机制、结果。其次根据化工企业安全系统的整体涌现性特性,构建化工企业安全系统整体涌现性度量指标体系,运用层次分析法与模糊综合分析的方法建立整体涌现性的度量模型。最后进行实例验证,了解某化工企业概况,结合其安全评价的报告,应用构建的模型度量该企业安全系统整体涌现性,并根据度量结果,对系统进行评价。
In order to conduct a deeper study of chemical enterprises safety system,the overall emergence of the chemical enterprise safety system was measured by using the theory of overall emergence in system science,which was used to visualize the system operation and safety performance. First,the emergence of the system as a whole,indicators and other related theories were studied. Then combined the emergence theory with the actual situation of the chemical enterprise,and explained the source,generation mechanism,and result of the overall emergence of the chemical enterprise safety system. Secondly,according to the overall emergence characteristics of chemical enterprise safety system,the measurement index system of the overall emergence of the safety system of chemical enterprises was constructed,and the measurement model of the overall emergence was established by using the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive analysis. Finally,an example was given to verify and understand the general situation of a chemical enterprise. Combined with the safety evaluation report,the model was applied to measure the overall emergence of the enterprise safety system,and the system was evaluated according to the measurement results.
