摘要
为研究真实型领导与矿工安全行为的关系,特从自我决定理论的视角出发,引入自主需求满足、能力需求满足、关系需求满足这3种心理需求满足作为中介变量。通过山西省和黑龙江省2家煤矿企业的247份矿工数据,采用结构方程建模方法探讨了真实型领导、心理需求满足与矿工安全行为的作用机制。研究结果表明:真实型领导正向影响矿工安全行为;矿工自主需求满足、能力需求满足、关系需求满足在真实型领导与矿工安全行为之间起中介作用。
In order to study the relationship between authentic leadership and safety behavior of miners,from the perspective of self-determination theory,three psychological needs satisfaction,namely autonomy need satisfaction,competence need satisfaction and relatedness need satisfaction were introduced as mediator variables. Based on 247questionnaire data from two coal enterprises in Shanxi Province and Heilongjiang Province,the structural equation modeling was used to explore the mechanism of authentic leadership,psychological needs satisfaction and safety behavior of miners. The results showed that authentic leadership positively affects safety behavior of miners. Miners’ autonomy need satisfaction,competence need satisfaction and relatedness need satisfaction played a mediating role between authentic leadership and safety behavior of miners.
