乡村教师工作环境对专业发展的影响研究

摘要 为了全面了解乡村教师工作环境与专业发展现状,掌握二者间的影响与作用关系,促进乡村教师专业发展,对河南省乡村教师进行了问卷调查。调研结果显示,首先,乡村教师拥有良好的工作环境;其次,乡村教师拥有较高的专业发展情意、知识、能力和行为,但高级TPACK知识较弱;第三,工作环境各子维度对乡村教师专业发展的影响存在较大差异,其中,信息环境、工作时间和工作效能感三个维度对乡村教师专业发展的各层面均存在正向显著影响,其他维度影响仅部分显著甚至不显著。 A questionnaire survey was conducted among rural teachers in Henan Province to fully understand the working environment,professional development and its influencing relationship of rural teachers,so as to promote the professional development of rural teachers.The survey results show that rural teachers have a good working environment;Secondly,rural teachers have high professional development sentiment,knowledge,ability and behavior,but their TPACK is weak;Third,there are great differences in the impact of each sub dimension of working environment on the professional development of rural teachers.Among them,the three dimensions of information environment,working hours and work efficacy have a positive and significant impact on all levels of rural teachers'professional development,and the other dimensions are only partially or even not significant.
