贵州乡村中学教师家庭及体质与工作满意度关系研究

Study on the Relationship among Family,Physical Fitness and Job Satisfaction of Rural Middle School Teachers in Guizhou Province

目的:考察贵州乡村中学教师家庭与体质等与工作满意度关系。方法:采用自编的“乡村中学教师工作满意度问卷”“乡村中学教师家庭满意度问卷”与“乡村中学教师体质健康满意度问卷”,运用方便取样方式对贵州847名乡村中学教师进行测查。结果:贵州乡村中学教师的工作满意度均值为70.07,中等偏高;工作满意度分别与家庭满意度、体质健康满意度存在0.505与0.457显著正相关;运动满意、家庭相处、矛盾冲突、高级职称、生理满意、与父母生活在一起及本科以上学历等因素对工作满意度具有显著预测力。结论:通过加强锻炼、陪伴家人、平衡家庭工作关系、遵循健康生活方式、提高教师待遇及提升专业素养等方式可提高乡村中学教师的工作满意度。

Objective:To investigate the relationship between family and physical fitness and job satisfaction of rural middle school teachers in Guizhou province.Methods:847 rural middle school teachers in Guizhou province were surveyed by convenient sampling method using self-compiled"Rural middle school teachers'job satisfaction questionnaire"and"Rural middle school teachers'family satisfaction questionnaire"and"rural middle school teachers'physical health satisfaction questionnaire".Results:The average job satisfaction of rural middle school teachers in Guizhou was 70.07,medium high;There was a significant positive correlation between job satisfaction and family satisfaction and physical health satisfaction of 0.505 and 0.457 respectively.Sports satisfaction,family relationship,conflict,senior professional title,physiological satisfaction,living with parents and college degree or above have significant predictive power to job satisfaction.Conclusion:The job satisfaction of rural middle school teachers can be improved by strengthening exercise,accompanying family,balancing family and work relationship,following healthy lifestyle,improving teachers'treatment and enhancing professional quality.
