摘要
高校青年教师是民族地区高等教育发展的未来,必须高度关注该群体的生存状态,而生活世界是生存状态的重要表征。针对民族地区高校青年外语教师生活世界被遮蔽的现状,以教育人类学生命价值观为理据,揭示其真实的生活世界,并从返璞归真,实现教师真实自我的回归;超越发展,改变“超重”专业发展现状;话语重拾,塑造教师的积极情感,展示其应然的生命价值等维度出发,探索教师生活的回归和构建。
Young teachers in colleges and universities are the future of higher education development in ethnic regions.We must pay close attention to the survival state of this group,and the life world is an important representation of the survival state.Aiming at the status quo that the life world of young foreign language teachers in colleges and universities in ethnic minority areas is obscured,this research uses life value of educational anthropology as a basis for to reveal their real life world.Starting from the return to nature,to achieve the return of teachers'true self;transcending development and changing the status quo of"overweight"professional development;regaining words to shape teachers'positive emotions and show their due life value and other dimensions,and exploring the return and the construction of teachers'lives.
