体育人文社会科学研究成果评价体系构建策略研究

Research on the Strategy of Constructing the Evaluation System of Sports Humanities and Social Sciences Research Achievements

为了促进体育人文社会科学进一步发展,调动科研人员学术积极性和创新性,采用文献资料法和逻辑分析法等方法,对构建体育人文社会科学研究成果评价体系进行详细地分析和研究,阐述了体育人文社会科学研究成果评价体系的构建具有优化体育人文社会科学宏观管理、促进体育人文社会科学研究成果评价体系规范化和有利于选拔优秀人才和调动体育人文社会科学人员积极性的现实意义。研究结果表明:体育人文社会科学研究成果评价存在着研究成果自身具有“延时性”属性、评议人角色失范,评价程序有待完善和评价标准可操作性不强,评价指标过于量化等问题,并提出了建立体育人文社会科学研究成果评价体系制度和完善体育人文社会科学研究成果评价程序等建议。

In order to promote the further development of sports humanities and social sciences and mobilize the academic enthusiasm and innovation of researchers,this paper adopts the methods of literature reviews and logical analysis to make a detailed analysis and study in the construction of the evaluation system of sports humanities and social sciences research achievements.This paper expounds that the construction of evaluation system of sports humanities and social science research achievements has practical significance in optimizing the macro management of sports humanities and social science,promoting the standardization of evaluation system of sports humanities and social science research achievements,selecting excellent talents and mobilizing the enthusiasm of sports humanities and social science personnel.The results show that there are some problems in the evaluation of sports humanities and social science research achievements,such as the"delayed"attribute of the research achievements themselves,reviewers are out of order,evaluation procedure needs to be improved,the operability in evaluation standard is not strong and the evaluation index is too quantified.Some suggestions such as establishing the evaluation system of sports humanities and social science research achievements and perfecting the evaluation procedure of sports humanities and social science research achievements are proposed.
