节育手术后口服避孕药对阴道出血时间和出血量的影响分析

Effect analysis of oral contraceptives on vaginal bleeding time and bleeding volume after birth control surgery

目的 分析节育手术后口服避孕药对阴道出血时间及出血量的影响。方法 108例接受计划生育节育手术的女性患者依据数字随机法将患者分为观察组与对照组,每组54例。对照组患者节育手术完成后给予常规抗感染药物治疗。观察组患者在对照组基础上给予口服避孕药治疗。比较两组患者术后阴道出血时间及出血量。结果 节育手术后,观察组出血持续时间≤3 d的患者占比为68.52%(37/54),显著高于对照组的48.15%(26/54),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组每次出血最长持续时间≤3 h的患者占比为85.19%(46/54),高于对照组的44.44%(24/54);每次出血最长持续时间>3 h的患者占比为14.81%(8/54),低于对照组的55.56%(30/54),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组节育手术后阴道出血量(40.87±8.92)ml少于对照组的(67.45±10.24)ml,差异有统计学意义(t=14.383, P<0.05)。其中观察组患者阴道出血量>正常经血量2例少于对照组的8例,患者阴道出血量=正常经血量11例少于对照组的17例,患者阴道出血量<正常经血量41例多于对照组的29例。结论 节育手术后,患者口服避孕药可以减少阴道出血量、缩短阴道出血时间,止血效果显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the effect of oral contraceptives on vaginal bleeding time and bleeding volume after birth control surgery.Methods A total of 108 female patients who underwent family planning and birth control were divided into observation group and control group according to random numerical table,with 54 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received conventional anti-infective treatment after birth control surgery,and patients in the observation group received oral contraceptives on the basis of the control group.The postoperative vaginal bleeding time and bleeding volume were compared between the two groups.Results After birth control surgery,the proportion of bleeding time≤3 d in the observation group was 68.52%(37/54),which was significantly higher than 48.15%(26/54)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The proportion of the maximum duration of each bleeding≤3 h was 85.19%(46/54)in the observation group,which was higher than 44.44%(24/54)in the control group;the proportion of the maximum duration of each bleeding>3 h was 14.81%(8/54),which was lower than 55.56%(30/54)in the control group;all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The vaginal bleeding volume in the observation group after birth control surgery was(40.87±8.92)ml,which was less than(67.45±10.24)ml in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=14.383,P<0.05).In the observation group,2 cases with>normal menstrual blood volume,which were less than 8 cases in the control group;11 cases with normal menstrual blood volume,which were less than 17 cases in the control group;and 41 cases with<normal menstrual blood volume,which were more than 29 cases in the control group.Conclusion After birth control surgery,oral contraceptives can reduce the vaginal bleeding volume and shorten the time of vaginal bleeding,and have a significant hemostatic effect,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
