香砂六君子汤加味治疗脾胃虚弱型慢性胃炎的效果分析

Analysis on the effect of modified Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction in treating chronic gastritis with deficiency of spleen and stomach

目的 分析香砂六君子汤加味治疗脾胃虚弱型慢性胃炎的效果。方法 80例脾胃虚弱型慢性胃炎患者,按随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,各40例。对照组使用奥美拉唑治疗,研究组使用香砂六君子汤加味治疗。比较两组治疗效果、治疗前后的症状积分、不良反应发生情况。结果 研究组治疗总有效率为92.50%,高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组痞满不适(1.16±0.56)分、嗳气泛酸(1.09±0.37)分、胃脘痛(1.53±0.43)分、纳呆少食(0.74±0.19)分、大便稀溏(0.84±0.23)分、气短懒言(0.84±0.19)分均低于对照组的(2.10±0.63)、(1.71±0.49)、(2.47±0.61)、(1.46±0.27)、(1.54±0.74)、(1.58±0.32)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率为10.00%,低于对照组的32.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 香砂六君子汤加味治疗脾胃虚弱型慢性胃炎,可缓解临床症状,减少不良反应发生,能提高治疗疗效。

Objective To analyze the effect of modified Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction in treating chronic gastritis with deficiency of spleen and stomach.Methods A total of 80 cases of chronic gastritis patients with deficiency of spleen and stomach were divided into the research group and the control group according to the random numerical table,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with omeprazole,and the research group was treated with modified Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction.The therapeutic effects,symptom scores before and after treatment,and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the research group was 92.50%,which was higher than 75.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of fullness and discomfort,belching and pantothenic acid,epigastric pain,poor appetite and reduced eating,loose stool,shortness of breath and unwillingness to speak in the research group were(1.16±0.56),(1.09±0.37),(1.53±0.43),(0.74±0.19),(0.84±0.23),(0.84±0.19)points,which were lower than(2.10±0.63),(1.71±0.49),(2.47±0.61),(1.46±0.27),(1.54±0.74),(1.58±0.32)points in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the research group was 10.00%,which was lower than 32.50%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction for chronic gastritis patients with deficiency of spleen and stomach can alleviate clinical symptoms,reduce occurrence of adverse reactions and improve therapeutic efficacy.
