中西医结合治疗念珠菌性包皮龟头炎的疗效观察

Efficacy observation on the treatment of of candidal balanoposthitis treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine

目的 分析中西医结合治疗念珠菌性包皮龟头炎的临床疗效。方法 409例念珠菌性包皮龟头炎患者,按照治疗方式不同分为观察组(200例)和对照组(209例)。观察组实施中药制霉方联合咪康唑霜进行治疗,对照组实施咪康唑霜进行治疗。对比两组的治疗效果。结果 观察组痊愈、有效和无效例数分别为113、71、16例,占比分别为56.50%、35.50%、8.00%,总有效率为92.00%;对照组痊愈、有效和无效例数分别为87、80、42例,占比分别为41.63%、38.28%、20.10%,总有效率为79.90%。观察组总有效率显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对于念珠菌性包皮龟头炎采取中药制霉方联合咪康唑霜治疗可显著提高临床效果,促进患者康复,值得临床应用推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of candidal balanoposthitis.Methods A total of 409 patients with candidal balanoposthitis were divided into observation group(200 cases)and control group(209 cases)according to different treatment methods.The observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine mould-making prescription combined with miconazole cream,and the control group was treated with miconazole cream.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results In the observation group,the number of cured,effective and invalid cases were 113,71 and 16 cases,accounting for 56.50%,35.50%and 8.00%,respectively,with a total effective rate of 92.00%.In the control group,the number of cured,effective and invalid cases were 87,80 and 42 cases,accounting for 41.63%,38.28%and 20.10%,respectively,with a total effective rate of 79.90%.The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine mouldmaking prescription combined with miconazole cream can significantly improve the clinical effect of candidal balanoposthitis and promote the recovery of patients,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
