Centennial Exploration and Development in Enhancing Farmers’Subjectivity for Chinese Communist Party

中国共产党自建立之初,就把解放劳苦大众作为自己的使命。党在百年革命、建设、改革发展历程中,领导农民实现了政治解放、劳动解放、社会解放,极大提升农民主体性。在新民主主义革命时期,农民通过参加革命,实现了政治解放,成为国家的主人;在社会主义建设时期,农民把自己的命运和国家发展联系在一起,集体合作生产积极性高涨;在改革开放后农业生产施行家庭联产承包责任制以来,农民获得生产自主权,大大促进了劳动解放;在新时期,国家统筹城乡发展,逐步推进农民市民化进程,打破工农城乡壁垒,促进了社会解放;进入新时代,通过增权赋能,集全党全社会之力打赢了脱贫攻坚战,接续实施乡村振兴战略,为实现农业农村现代化、促进农民全面发展提供充分条件。

Since the founding of the Communist Party of China,it has taken the liberation of the labouring masses as its mission.In the course of revolution,construction,reform and development in the past century,the Party has led the farmers to achieve political,labor and social liberation,and greatly enhanced their subjectivity.During the period of the New Democratic Revolution,the farmers achieved political liberation and became the masters of the country by participating in the revolution.During the period of socialist construction,farmers have linked their own destiny with the development of the country and have been enthusiastic about collective production.Since the implementation of the household contract responsibility system in the reform and opening up,farmers have gained the autonomy of production and greatly promoted the liberation of labor.In the new era,the state has coordinated urban and rural development,gradually promoting the citizenization of farmers,and breaking the barriers between workers and farmers in urban and rural areas to promote social liberation.In the new era,the efforts of the whole Party and society are mobilized by empowering people to win the battle against poverty,to implement the strategy of rural vitalization,thus providing sufficient conditions for modernizing agriculture and rural areas and promoting the all-round development of rural residents.
