摘要
火山渣轻骨料混凝土作为一种来源广、成本低的新型建筑材料,具有轻质、抗震、耐火、保温、抗冻等优点,将其应用于工程中既能缓解砂石资源日益短缺的现状,又能提高建筑的节能效率,具有很高的研究和应用价值。综述了火山渣轻骨料混凝土的国内外研究现状;介绍了矿物掺合料、纤维、外加剂、骨料体系、拌和工艺等因素对火山渣轻骨料混凝土性能影响的研究现状;总结了火山渣轻骨料混凝土在透水混凝土、混凝土砌块、墙体、梁等方面的应用研究进展;展望了火山渣轻骨料混凝土未来的研究重点与方向。
As a new building material with wide sources and low cost,volcanic slag lightweight aggregate concrete has the advantages of light weight,earthquake resistance,fire resistance,heat preservation and frost resistance.Its application in engineering can not only alleviate the shortage of sand and stone resources,but also improve the energy saving efficiency of buildings,which has high research and application value.The research status of volcanic slag lightweight aggregate concrete at home and abroad is summarized.The influence of mineral admixture,fiber,admixture,aggregate system and mixing technology on the properties of volcanic slag lightweight aggregate is introduced.The application of volcanic slag lightweight aggregate concrete in pervious concrete,concrete block,wall and beam is summarized.The future research emphasis and direction of volcanic slag lightweight aggregate concrete are prospected.
