摘要
研究了以锂渣取代率、研磨时间以及养护龄期为变化参数,对水泥砂浆力学性能的影响,探究锂渣这种材料作为活性掺合料应用与水泥砂浆的可能性。结果表明:在对锂渣未研磨时,掺入锂渣,砂浆的抗压强度、抗折强度下降。在锂渣掺入量达到20%时抗压强度、抗折强度高于10%、30%的锂渣掺入量。在相同锂渣取代率的情况下,随着研磨时间增加,锂渣砂浆的抗压强度、抗折强度逐渐增大。在相同的锂渣取代率、及研磨时间的条件下,随着养护龄期的增大,锂渣砂浆的抗压强度、抗折强度增大。
The influence of lithium slag substitution rate,grinding time and curing age on the mechanical properties of cement mortar was studied,and the possibility of lithium slag as an active admixture in the application of cement mortar was explored.The results show that when the lithium slag is not ground,the compressive strength and flexural strength of the mortar decrease when lithium slag is added.When the content of lithium slag reaches 20%,the compressive strength and flexural strength are higher than 10%,and the content of lithium slag is 30%.Under the same substitution rate of lithium slag,the compressive strength and flexural strength of lithium slag mortar increase gradually with the increase of grinding time.Under the same conditions of lithium slag substitution rate and grinding time,with the increase of curing age,the compressive strength and flexural strength of lithium slag mortar increase.
