摘要
研究电弧炉粉尘(EAFD)的水泥稳定化处理。研究分析EAFD的主要特点,对含有EAFD样品进行了水化热、流动度、力学性能以及Zn、Cr浸出的测试。研究结果表明:掺加EAFD可以降低水泥水化热、延长水泥凝结时间;硅酸盐水泥对Zn的固化效果不及Cr理想,随着掺量增大,Zn、Cr的固化效果均变差;适量掺加Ca(OH)_(2)能够明显降低EAFD的缓凝效果,提高样品强度,大幅增加Zn的抗浸出能力。研究结果为EAFD在水泥中的利用以及水泥稳定化处理提供一定的理论依据。
It mainly studies the stabilization treatment of electric arc furnace dust.The main characteristics of EAFD were studied and analyzed,the hydration heat,fluidity,mechanical properties and leaching of Zn and Cr were tested for samples containing EAFD.The results show that,adding EAFD can reduce the heat of hydration and prolong the setting time of cement.The curing effect of Portland cement on Zn was not as good as that of Cr,and the curing effect of both Zn and Cr became worse with the increase of the dosage.Appropriate addition of Ca(OH)_(2) significantly reduce the retarding setting effect of EAFD,improve the sample strength,and greatly increase the leaching resistance of Zn.The results provide a theoretical basis for the utilization of EAFD in cement and cement stabilization treatment.
