Research on the Construction of Higher Vocational Students’Innovative Practice Platform System Based on the Integration of Production and Education

创新实践平台建设是高职院校培育创新实践能力、凝聚创新精神、孵化创新人才的重要载体。在分析高职院校创新实践平台建设存在的问题基础上,结合产教深度融合,构建了集多维、多层次的综合创新实践平台、多元组合的创新实践指导教师队伍、重构化的创新实践课程体系和管理机制等于一体的创新实践能力培养平台体系,促进了教育链、人才链与产业链、创新链的有机衔接。

The construction of innovative practice platform is an important carrier for higher vocational colleges to cultivate innovative practice ability,condense innovative spirit,and incubate innovative talents.Based on the analysis of the problems in the construction of innovative practice platforms in higher vocational colleges,combined with the in-depth integration of production and education,a multi-dimensional and multi-level comprehensive innovative practice platform,a diversified combination of innovative practice guidance teachers,and reconstructed innovative practices have been constructed.The curriculum system and management mechanism are equal to an integrated innovation practice ability training platform system,which promotes the organic connection of the education chain,the talent chain,the industrial chain,and the innovation chain.
