校企合作模式下高校学生管理工作的创新研究

Innovative Research on the Management of College Students under the Mode of School-enterprise Cooperation

随着我国高等教育日新月异的发展,校企合作的模式被大多数高校认可接受,“校企合作,人才共育”的思想是高校教育改革的重点内容。校企合作模式打破了传统的课堂教学思想,更加注重对于教学内容和过程的实践性。因此,在校企协同合作的发展模式下,学生的管理工作要不断完善其管理体系,在实践中探寻出适合学生自身发展的有效途径。

With the rapid development of China’s higher education,the mode of school-enterprise cooperation has been recognized and accepted by most colleges and universities.The idea of“school-enterprise cooperation,talent co-education”is the key content of college education reform.The school-enterprise cooperation mode breaks the traditional classroom teaching thought and pays more attention to the practicality of the teaching content and process.Therefore,under the development mode of school-enterprise cooperation,we should constantly improve the system of students’management work and find out effective ways suitable for students’own development in practice.
