Research on the Quality Evaluation System of Talent Cultivation from the Perspective of Establishing Morality and Cultivating People

“立德树人”根本任务为高校人才培养工作提供了原则遵循,深化了坚持中国特色社会主义办学方向,推动人才全面发展的培养内涵。在深化人才培养原则明晰的基础上,为实现德智体美劳全面发展的人才培养观,必须要围绕个人发展、保障配置和社会反馈三个维度展开人才培养质量评价指标制定及其体系研究。

The fundamental task of“building morality and cultivating people”provides principles for talent training in colleges and universities,and deepens the training connotation of adhering to the socialist school running direction with Chinese characteristics and promoting the all-round development of talents.On the basis of deepening the clear principles of talent training,in order to realize the talent training concept of all-round development of morality,intelligence,body,art and labor,we must carry out the formulation of talent training quality evaluation indicators and system research around the three dimensions of personal development,security allocation and social feedback.
