高职院校学生职业素质培养的思考研究

Thinking and Research on the Cultivation of Students’Professional Quality in Higher Vocational Colleges

立足于高职学生职业素质培养现状,挖掘培养重视度、校企合作关系、教育内容等方面存在的问题,并提出相应的改善措施。力求通过完善基础保障机制、实施现代学徒制、丰富职业教育内容等方式,提高院校与师生的重视程度,加强校企间的合作力度,并将“工匠精神”渗透到职业素质培养的全过程,明确培养方向,使学生树立正确的职业意识和态度,以良好的职业道德开展岗位工作。

Based on the current situation of higher vocational students,this paper explores the problems existing in training attention,school-enterprise cooperation,education content,and puts forward corresponding improvement measures.By the implementation of modern apprenticeship,rich vocational education content,it aims to improve the attention of colleges and teachers and students,strengthen the cooperation between school and enterprise,and the“craftsman spirit”into the whole process of professional quality training,clear training direction,make students establish the correct professional consciousness and attitude,work with good professional ethics.
