台湾地区中小型企业与高职教育产教融合模式探析

On the Integration Mode of Production and Teaching Between Small and Medium Enterprises and Higher Vocational Education in Taiwan

台湾地区中小型企业由于资源受限,十分重视产教融合。产教融合不但能加强研发成果的应用,还能带动产业成长,提升地区竞争力。产教融合的模式亦表现得多元化,既有基于企业需求而定制出的产教融合合作模式,也有基于校方需求而建构的合作模式。以云林科技大学为例,探讨其产教融合现状,可以揭示台湾地区中小型企业与高校产教融合的内涵。

Due to resource constraints,small and medium-sized enterprises in Taiwan attach great importance to the integration of industry and education.The integration of industry and education cannot only strengthen the application of research and development results,but also drive industrial growth and enhance regional competitiveness.The modes of industry-education integration are also diversified,including those customized based on the needs of enterprises and those constructed based on the needs of schools.By discussing the current situation of production-education integration in Yunlin University of Science and Technology,this paper further reveals the connotation of production-education integration between small and medium-sized enterprises and universities in Taiwan.
