“大思政课”理念下基于学生专业的高职思政课“1+N”教学模式主要包括教学主体、教学内容、教学方法及教学场域的“1+N”。基于学生专业的高职思政课“1+N”教学模式保障机制包括投入保障、运行保障及考评保障机制。投入保障机制指思想文化、组织领导、师资队伍及经费投入。运行保障机制包括多部门协同创新育人格局、众师资协同形成育人合力、校内外协同整合育人资源。考评保障机制包括学生学习成效考评、教师工作绩效考评、模式实施实效考评。
