摘要
大学生挫折承受力教育缺失缺位,高校对挫折承受力培养认识有失偏颇,大学生挫折承受力培养方法不尽合理,以及外部环境变化带来的负面影响等制约着高校挫折教育的工作实效。在生命教育视域下,加强和改进大学生挫折教育,应当坚持集中教育与渗透教育、体验教育与认知教育、主动教育与被动教育、学校教育与家庭教育相结合,不断丰富挫折教育的内容方法、实施积极预防干预、形成多方教育合力,切实提高大学的挫折承受力。
The lack of frustration tolerance education for college students,the biased understanding of the cultivation of frustration tolerance in colleges and universities,the unreasonable cultivation methods of frustration tolerance for college students,and the negative impact brought by the change of external environment restrict the effectiveness of frustration education in colleges and universities.From the perspective of life education,to strengthen and improve college students’frustration education,we should adhere to the combination of centralized education and penetration education,experience education and cognitive education,active education and passive education,school education and family education,constantly enrich the contents and methods of frustration education,implement active prevention and intervention,form a joint force of multiple education,and effectively improve the frustration tolerance of universities.
