基于SWOT分析存量市场下传统高档酒店的发展策略——以合肥C酒店为例

SWOT-based Analysis of the Development Strategy of Traditional Upscale Hotels in the Stock Market——Take Hefei C Hotel as an Example

摘要 酒店业已迈入了存量市场,传统的老牌酒店面临装修老旧等问题,如何发展是这一批早期进入市场的老牌酒店面临的共同问题。文章利用SWOT分析方法,在分析内部和外部竞争因素的基础上,提出了几点发展策略:抓住中高档酒店的发展期,加快发展;发挥自身经营管理经验优势,讲好品牌故事和怀旧情怀;根据市场需求,创新产品和业态;弱化地理位置不利因素,逐步翻新装修;开发新的营销渠道,利用外部机会提升服务水平。 The hotel industry has entered the stock market,and the traditional old hotels are facing the problems of old decoration.How to develop is a common problem faced by this group of old brands who entered the market early.Based on the analysis of the internal and external environment,this paper puts forward several development strategies by using the SWOT analysis method:seizing the development period of medium and high-end hotels and accelerate their development;giving play to the advantages of their own management experience,telling the brand story and nostalgia;innovating products and formats according to market development;weakening the unfavorable factors of geographical location and gradually renovating and decorating;developing new marketing channels and taking advantage of external opportunities to improve the service level.
