如何通过人才培养机制的改革,培养出能够主动适应社会并具有创新意识和能力的优秀人才,是目前高校设计类专业办学高度关注并力求解决的课题。本文从理解分析人才培养模式的内涵入手,通过尝试在设计类专业优化人才培养与办学定位;构建威客平台与工作室模式结合的培养机制;创新课程设置与教学内容和调整师资建设与评价机制,调整并改进设计专业课程设置内容和调整师资建设与评价机制等方式,从几个方面探讨完善对社会经济发展有直接帮助的设计学专业人才培养机制的思路和途径。

It is a subject that design specialties of higher learning institutions pay close attention to and try to solve to train excellent talents with innovative consciousness and ability who can adapt to the society actively through the reform of talent training mechanism.The paper starts from understanding and analyzing the connotation of talents training modes,tries to optimize the talents training and teaching orientation of design specialties,builds a training mechanism combining Witkey platform and workshop mode,discusses the curriculum provision and teaching content of innovation courses and adjustment of teaching staff construction and evaluation mechanism,adjustment and improvement of curriculum provision contents,teaching stuff and evaluation mechanism of design specialties,probes into in several aspects the ideas and channels to improve the talents training mechanism of design specialties that is of vital importance to local economical development.
