河北省经济发展与生态环境耦合协调发展测度研究

Research on the Measurement of Coupled and Coordinated Development of Economic Development and Ecological Environment in Hebei Province

良好的生态环境是人类社会生存和发展的基础,经济社会的发展不能以破坏生态环境为代价,否则将是不可持续的,两者应互相促进、互为支撑、协调发展。当前河北省正处于经济转型的关键时期,在此背景下,深入研究河北省生态环境和经济发展的协调机制,厘清二者的耦合协调类型,对河北省生态环境的改善和经济发展质量的提高都有着重要的意义。构建了具体的评价指标体系,运用熵权法科学合理地设计指标权重,同时建立河北省经济发展、生态环境综合评价模型,计算出经济与生态环境综合发展水平,进一步建立耦合协调模型对河北省经济与生态环境耦合协调关系进行评价。研究结果表明:在研究期间内,河北省经济与生态环境综合发展水平虽偶有波动,但总体上处于较明显的上升状态,耦合协调关系不断改善,逐渐趋于协调。未来的经济社会发展中,河北省应该更加重视经济与生态环境之间的协调关系,不断改善经济结构,实现高质量发展。

A good ecological environment is the basis for the survival and development of human society.Economic and social development cannot be at the cost of destroying the ecological environment,otherwise it will be unsustainable.At present,Hebei Province is in a critical period of economic transformation.Under this background,the further study of the coordination mechanism of ecological environment and economic development in Hebei Province,to clarify the two coupling coordination types,on the improvement of the ecological environment in Hebei Province and improve the quality of the economic development is of great significance.In this paper,a specific evaluation index system is constructed,and the entropy method is used to design the index weight scientifically and reasonably.At the same time,the comprehensive evaluation model of economic development and ecological environment in Hebei Province is established to calculate the comprehensive development level of economy and ecological environment,and the coupling coordination model is further established to evaluate the coupling coordination relationship between economy and ecological environment in Hebei Province.The results show that during the study period,although the comprehensive development level of economy and ecological environment in Hebei province fluctuates occasionally,it is in an obvious upward state on the whole,and the coupling and coordination relationship is constantly improved and gradually tends to be coordinated.In the future economic and social development,Hebei Province should pay more attention to the coordinated relationship between economy and ecological environment,constantly improve the economic str ucture and achieve high-quality development.
